I have been in love with a man that is always in front of the computer. I have ran out of ideas of what to do to make him notice me and want to go out and do other activites. I get lonely and want him to spend time with me. What to do?

You're describing me, as a computer geek. Get him out to go computer shopping with you, network your computers and become a part of his world. The sad thing is that he, like me, might actually have an addiction problem. If he can't admit it and come to terms with this, you are fighting a losing battle. It's probably time to give him an ultimatum, you or the computer. (Being here right now, that is the only choice I wish I could do over). The important things is in spite of love, you are responsible for your own happiness.

Tell him what you want to do. Have a plan in mind, so you won't be ambushed with "well, here I am and you don't want to do anything, so I'll go back to the computer". Sometimes a little fresh air reminds people how to live and makes them want to get out a little more.
If he cares about you or is interested in you, he will more than likely agree to a little time away from the screen. If it doesn't work, confront him as bluntly (if you guys are already together: don't try this if you're trying to hook him!! really, it is not a good idea at all!) as you have here. tell him the truth: you want to see more of the front of his head, and you're worried about his tanline only being on the front of his body.
If step 1 and 2 fail, it's time to really think hard. can you be in a relationship and feel fulfilled if he gives a lump of electronics more face to face time than he does with you? If yes, you'll just have to accept his obsession and move on. but if the answer is no, you may need to move on, no matter how wonderful this cassanova is.
Good luck, and I hope you'll be able to pry him away... if not, you could always remove a vital comp part, like the harddrive...

First off... as a MAJOR computer geek myself... My computer activities and learning take a backseat to girls!
Certainly you could PLAY in his world... create animated pictures of yourself... and send it to him... You could CHAT, or web cam with him... you could ask his help on projects... or you could just hang with him at his computer.
I think, that if he likes you, and he gets that YOU like HIM... you will get NO LACK of attention from him. Computer GEEKS like girls too! And when they start having a better time with their girls then their computers... their computers get pretty lonely.

Take the mouse and attach it to your arm. Then make a screen out of cardboard................or a keyboard and hang it around your neck. Write on the poster board...........am I your type!!!!
