Hmm; well, some people are actually allergic to alchohol... guess it could be that. Or, are you eating before drinking? AND, Are you staying hydrated? If you plan on having a few, first of all: MAKE SURE you've eaten!..; and, during and afterwards, DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!! I tend to have one drink followed by a diet-coke, one more drink, another diet-coke.. and I'm buzzing, just right, after only 2 so drink water from then on and take a tylenol before I turn in.

Well Sweetie , everyone body has a different tolerance level. I.E. one cup can make Jane drunk and the same amount will not effect jack. Food for thought..........everything is not for everyone. If you must drink in a social environment then Try drinking wine. It just gives me a buzz and I still enjoy myself, as the hard stuff messed up my stomach and I never really drank. But My body was not built like that. Manichevitz red wine is cool. Try that.

This works pretty well. After a night of drinking, drink about 20 to 32 oz.of water.alchohol causes you to get dehydrated, thats why you wake up with a hangover.

It's the sugar in the alcohol that gives people hangovers, gin has a very low sugar content as well as vodka, try that instead.

My guess is you are too young to be drinking,
don't feel pressured to overuse alcoholic beverages just to fit in with your friends,
illegal if underage & can cause serious medical problems like alcohol poisoning

Seems like you have an intolerance to whatever you are drinking. Don't mix drinks.
