Its from a TV program... a comedy called "Laugh-In" a female comedienne had a routine, where the phone would ring and she would act ridivulous the name of the program was Rowan & Martin's Laugh-in. That should help get you started. Circa 1970's?

When I was at school in the 60s we used to sing a song which went like this: "Ring bell ring ding a ding a ding, ring bell ring ding"!
it was rubbish! I hated it then and I hate the thought of it now!
Dont think much of the education I got in the 60s!
I am sure this is of no help whatsoever, but at least I get two points!
