What kind of facial were you pertaining to? If it was nasty facial, then what respectable girl would want to be asked a question like that? You need to learn some respect. Just because some girls likes it does not mean all girls do.

Because maybe she didn't want to visit your place, and let you see her without her makeup, on her first date. And probably she thought this meant she didn't look good enough. Never do that again on your first date. Ask the girl over for a coffee like everyone.

She probably took it as an insult being that it was your first date.It sounds like you were a little too forward,its not the first thing i would offer to do on a first date.Just step back & think about it for a minuite!.
