You cant tell by 1 food label. If you dont eat much fat daily and you exercise then you may not gain any fat or some. It has to do with how much (Calories) you eat daily and how much you exercise not how much 1 food product will make you gain. No one can give you a figure for that.

How much would you gain? You'll have to answer a few questions first. How much of the food that had only 5% fat in it did you eat? A quart? A pound? More? How much do you weigh, and how tall are you. What is your body fat index at present? Do you do any exercise?
The question you have asked sounds simple, but it isn't as there are too many variables to give an explicit, or even an approximate, answer.
Five per cent fat can be a lot, by the way. Whole milk has less than 5% fat.

I don't think you will gain a thing if you exercise a litte bit after consuming the fats.

Depends on what it is, different things affect weight gain in different ways.
