NO way are they the same! Distilled really isn't for drinking, it had been purified and only the steam is used to cool back into water, tastes flat.

Spring water is the best, I like Zephryhills. Note that some bottled water is actuallly municipal water, yeah that's right, right there on the label! Usually it's the ones called "drinking water"

Almost all brand are equal. When away from home and need to drink water its best to take bottle water. Otherwise, at home, use regular tape water - boil it for 10 to 12 minutes - let it cool at room temperature. Fill it in glass jug and put it in fridge for 2-3 hrs to cool below room temperature. Drink this water and you will be safe from any contamination. Its good for health.
Most Jains of India do this processes and they are most healthy group of people on this plant.

if the bottle says "spring water" then check the source of the water on the label. the source should be from an actual spring, but often they aren't. a play on words for us consumers.

the one entry that talks about boiling the water....thats a good idea, i will try that for sure. we buy the bottled water often, i imagine the main reason is because it's easier to grab a bottle and go.

Most bottled water comes from a tap. To me the only one that doesn't taste like it comes from a tap is Zephyr Hills.

From my research I would just drink tap water, it is cheaper....just because it says spring water doesn't mean it comes right from a spring. I work for public works in my town, our water comes from a spring.

I like Sparkletts and Fiji, but Sparkletts a bit more. It's been around forever and so have I, lolol! But seriously, Sparkletts has minerals added to it that gives it that clean flavor. Mmm!

I like Aquafina as well. Evian tastes like crap and I've had a few
non brands that tasted awful as well.
