This really works!! Take a cotton ball and rub it on baby ·number one's nose. Rub the same cotton ball on the big cat's nose. Do the same with number 2. If it doesn't work the first time, do it again. I swear by it.

Eventually will have to be fast enough.....keep in mind that although domestic cats are far smaller and somewhat easier to deal with.....they still have some of the same instincts as larger cats.......in the large cat world....male cats will often kill cubs that are not their own.......and female large cats have been known to care for another's young but it is not guaranteed......as of right now your older cats see the kittens as a future threat to their territory and food supply.......chances are they will eventually work out some type of a more or less peaceful relationship...but this may take a while.

I like the idea of getting the other used to their scent, but here is another way.
Start the day (or night) with the kittens in one room with the door closed. The cat will know they are there but out of his sight. Then switch the cats places. The cat will get used to the scent of the kittens before you put them face to face again.

I've been over this with my cats. Eventually, the older cat will leave them alone. But if the younger kittens are territorial, the might grow up and want to domenate the elderly cat...

Get the kittens out of the house. I knew someone who had a cat that "ate" the other cat's kittens. Get them out NOW!

Unfortunately domestic cats are not pack animals. The older cat is showing that he/ she is more senior. Things will settle down with time but in the mean time you need to make more fuss of the older cat to speed things along.

Not so fast there. It is possible that it will not work out. My aunt has a cat that will beat the crap out of any other cat or dog that it encounters. It is possible that it may work out, but there is an equal chance that it wont.
Don't forget that you just brought 2 young whipper snappers in the old cats enviorment.

sometimes you just have to wait it out. the older cats have to take charge. unfamiliar male cats tend not to adjust as well as older females who still kind of have their motherly instinct.
one thing i like to do when introducing new cats to each other is try to bring them as close to each other as possible and pet them both at the same time, showing them that it's okay and you will still get your fair share of pets.
good luck. i hope it goes fast...

since the kitten are his, it's natural for him to reject them. Don't know how long it'll have to take to make them get along together... since they are kitten, your cat won't fight with them but still... be careful ;)
