well that depends on the signals that your friend sends you. but if you're definately not sure of how she feels you should still go ahead and tell her.
it's better to take the risk than to never try...what if she actually feels the same way??

i think you diffently should tell her how you feel for her take it from me ive been in so many relationships and i never told someone until now how i actually felt and if you keep it all inside you can really get hurt whats the worst that can happen i am 18 years old and i am in a good relationship with my boy and now i tell him everything and he tells me everything to the wierd thing is how we met of course but hey its worth a try you should really tell her how you feel it'll be the best thing for you and who knows maybe she feels the same way but good luck if you tell her how you feel for her

well i think you should tell her. you never know if she has the same feelings for u. but if she is wit someone else at the moment i think that by u telling her it will confuse her and cause her drama. maybe just hint or flirt a Little see how she reacts . good luck :)

if u really like her alot ,then just take somewhere special and tell her that u really like her and its hard 4 u to tell her because u to have been best friends for a long time,and even though u to have been friends u have alwayz had feelings for her

well u could secretly tell her in a card or send her some flowers to her job or home and only mark the card with your first initial and let her play a guessing game for awhile and see if she notices!
