We used to work together. We would flirt all the time. Whenever I go into the store these days, we still flirt like crazy. I'm completely attracted to him and he seems attracted to me. He always smiles at me and laughs and flirts, but I'm not that experienced so I don't know what it means. Does he like me? If he does, what should I do?

Did I mention he's hot? I've never been so attracted to someone. He's not very shy; he started the flirting. He's charming and outgoing, which is why I'm confused.

If you both work together, why not suggest having lunch somewhere. A lot of co-workers do that. Go to some nice restaurant near by, doesn't have to be expensive, and that way, you can sit down, face to face and have a good long chat.
If it goes well, see if there isn't some movie that you would like to go see, and suggest that both of you go see it.
If he agrees to the lunch, at least you are on your way, to a relationship, whatever it may be.
He may be afraid to make the first move, seeing that you are a lot younger than he.

All us guys from 15 to 100 are exacly the same . and belive it or not ,men and women are exactly the same, no one wants to be alone and we mostly all think alike. If he is flirting with you like that he's interested , ask mhim out and forget about the age diference. My parents were 13 yers apart and it lasted 45 years till my dads death. im39 and consider my dating range from 28 to 48,what matters is compatability, do you like the same things? there you go thats all

15 years is too much but as long as ure both consenting adults and ure over 18 I think it's Ok.
If he flirts with u all the time and he's single then give it a try maybe he's just shy or nervous, or afraid of rejection.
