the gasket between the engine block and cylinder head has developed a leak..causing water to enter into either the combustion chamber or oiling passages and into the oil pan..look for milky oil..or oil in the radiator..if either of those are present you definately have a blown gasket

the gasket is leaking oil from the engine and needs replaced. gaskets are cheep but it's the labor that is expensive.
since your leaking oil, make sure you keep checking your oil and keep it full. if you run your engine without oil you'll damage the whole engine. it's cheaper to replace the gasket then the engine.

one or more of things, you may have a coolant leak, oil leak or combustion leak, or anyone of then can mix together , mainly it means you have to have the headgasket replaced and depending on engine it can be inexpensive to very expensive
