Save your money when you're young. Be lucky and have good health. Spend your youth going after well thought out goals for example marriage and kids and friends. Money and career can be overdone. If you don't have time for exercise, play and family even if you wind up rich you'll be miserable. In other words lead a balanced life. Help others if you are able and they need it. When old, 60 regret nothing.

I found the answer in my parents who have been married for 40 yrs. They have a variety of activities together starting from a physical fitness program with a 2-3 mile walk/jog everymorning. They have pet dogs and grandchildren that visit often. They spend afternoons eating a healthy and good meal at the lawn. And on weekends they go to a farm or catch a good movie plus a sunday evening dinner with kids and kids and phone calls to the children who live far away.

Spend time with friends, family and loved ones, Get involved, do some senior exercise groups or start walking, find a pet like a cat or a dog maybe even a hamster! Think on the bright happy side and just move on (do not stay on things you cannot change or are very sad) Move on! Good luck!
