okk this guy calls me everyday & hes sometimes annoying cuz he talks about how hot other girls are. I mean like why is he even mad at me, im not his gurl? He was mad and he hung up on me when i said i was not going. He message me sayin he sad and all. He even offered his bro to drive me but i didnt wanna go. I mean likee why is he even MAD for?!

obviuosly he really likes you. Maybe the party was for you or maybe he had the party to get close to you. Maybe you should sit down and talk to him!

he probably likes you. by saying other girls are hott, he's trying to make you jealous. unfortunatly for him, you don't feel the same. so he's mad because maybe he had something planned for you at the party and you couldn't/didn't go. or he just wanted to hang out with you.
my suggestion is talk to him about his feelings and yours. tell him you're not interested in him and you want to spend some more time apart.

Avoid him and ignore him, maybe he'll go away. It sounds like you'd be better off if he DID! He sounds a little on the spooky weird side.
