I like romance . . . so if a guy is interested, take me to dinner - we can go to a movie or play mini golf afterwards if things are going well. Do something fun but where you can spend time together.

I'd say... go somewhere diverting and entertaining, like an amusement park. Getting to know someone is a lot easier without the awkward silences, and it's a lot easier to talk to one another at a place where you can get distracted.
Plus, you can win her a stuffed animal. Girls love that gesture.

take her somewhere nice, maybe dinner if youre at the right age for that to be fun, then a nice walk, and you absolutely have to end with a sunset, find a nice place to watch it, while shes wrapped up in its beauty ask her out, go back to watching the sunset, and when the time is right just slowly, smoothly and as romantically as you can, kiss her. Perfect.

invite her ova to your place for dinner if u could cook and if she agrees buy about 10 white candles and lit them 30 minutes before she arrives also have a bottle of champange or wine and have the house smelling delightful that should work but if u cant cook ask her out and take her to a expensive resturant

do something where you can talk, maybe a nice picnic. take your own picnic basket, taking some special things with you. if you know what she likes, some fruit, iced tea, cookies........you know, make it romantic
