Well first off, Liposuction will probably only take off 3-4 lbs. What liposuction does is resculpt your body. And the prices vary depending on where you want it done. If you want it around the middle, In the US, that'll run you anywhere between $3,000-$7,500. You could go to other countries to get it done cheaper. I live in Tunisia and had a friend who had her whole abdomnen and hips done for 1,500 Dinars ( $1,139.99 US Dollars).
Also, you have to maintain a healthy lifestyle, or the fat will come back, and come back in a double quantity.
