My friends and I used a ouija board that we printed out from the internet and a piece of plastic in hopes of contacting spirits. We didn't really know what we were doing. We were respectful, but used no protective or dispelling things. We used no circles or spells or prayers or anything. Now, being superstitious and worried, I looked up some stuff on the internet and it says we needed all that stuff. I mean, I heard that the plastic piece going around in a figure eight or leaving the board was bad, and both of those happened. Now I'm worried that my friend might have..."evil" spirits in her basement or something.
Is there any way to get rid of them?
How do we get rid of the paper board? Burn? Burry?
Any suggestions on how to use it correctly if we try again?
Thank you for any helpful input.

Ok, don't get all religious on me. I am religious, a Catholic, baptized and confirmed. I pray and attend mass every week. We just thought we were playing around, but I didn't feel comfortable. I just didn't want to be left out. All I want is some serious advice.

I suggest you or your friends should not get rid of the ouija board yourselves. You should ask someone who didn't play to get rid of it for you. If you want to play it again, my advice is to ask your spirit guide to help you. Going around in a figure '8' starts off your energy to contact the spirits. Always say goodbye to each and every spirit you come into contact with. If you keep positive energy about, you should have positive spirits. Others sneak their way in and may try to scare you, but again ask your spirit guide to help you. I also suggest not getting hooked on it, it is ok to use it once in awhile, but not all the time.

As a Catholic, you know what you have been taught. Why should you not expect to experience those teachings when you "played" with the board?

It is because of your belief in evil and evil spirits, that these things occured, or might occur.

Beyond your (the world's) belief in evil, there is no such extremity. Every experience that would seem to "prove" evil's existence, is nothing more than images based upon those beliefs.

I no longer "play" with the board, as I never could get my ego out of the way well enough, but it is merely a tool for exploring mind.

Stop believing in evil things, and they will go away, for they were but of your own construction. They never existed in the first place.

You invited them into your life. Now you are afraid. Big surprise.

Get a modern bible. Pray and read your bible. Seek God. Only He can help you.

You need to eat the ouija board to get rid of it safely, it's not very pleasant depending on what it's fashioned from... and be careful of choking.
