I have a "Ab Roller" I bought and it's the best thing. I bought it at "Wal+Mart", and it works great! I started out with only doing 50 in the morning then at night and slowly progressed all the way up to 350 a day in one time. It works really fast. I need to start again before college, but every time you do it squeeze in your stomach it helps it a lot. You will see results in a week with just starting out small. You can dot it. Good luck

It depends on what you're going for, trimming and toning or or wanting big, bold abs. If you want trim and tone, do light to moderate weight and high repitition. For the big and bold abs, do heavier weight and fewer reps. As far as how long goes, that all depends on your diet (what kinds of food you eat, healthy, or unhealthy).

Your question has no point of reference. How could we posibly tell you how long when we do not know where you are at? That is like asking how far is it to New York? I cannot answer that question unless I know where you are when you asked it.

At least three weeks I think. Just be consistent. It doesnt happen overnight, but you will feel better and let that be your motivation until you actually see results.

It depends on your personal body chemistry, and how fast your body responds to excersize and diet.

It depends on how hard you want to work, how long you want to work, and a lifetime of dedication.

depends on your body weight and size... It also depends on how much effort you put into exercising and food consumption
