Personally, the dude is pretty fun to listen to. I think that he makes a lot of good points. And no, I don't think that he is a complete idiot. You are quite hypocritical for saying that his critique of other players club selection makes you sick, when you are the one critiquing him, making all us golfers sick cuz you only have 3 answers to your ridiculous question.

I'll take some liberties with that familiar quote: "Those who can, do. Those who can't, teach. Those who once did with some success ultimately find their way to the broadcast booth." I think as Miller gets older his commentaries will only get worse. I can hear it now..."When I was on the tour, we had to walk 7,000 yards in two feet of snow, uphill all the way, in non-waterproof shoes with metal spikes that rusted and attracted lightning."

Well, you can't say that Johnny Miller falls under the category of only being able to "talk about it", because he's won major tournaments in his playing career.
But, I would say that I find his criticisms of other golfers to be somewhat "superior" sounding. That aspect does irritate me.
