I don't think this is possible! And may I be so bold as to wonder why you would like to do this? Or is this just a theoretical question?

If you eat too fast, you can swallow air along with your food and end up with a case of the hiccups.
Any other practices that might irritate the diaphragm such as eating too much (especially fatty foods) or drinking too much (drunk people hiccup) can make you prone to having hiccups. Many conditions are associated with hiccups, but none has been shown to be the cause of hiccups.

Hiccups are more of an accidental thing. But, by somehow straining the diaphragm, it might work.

this is not to possible to get hiccups purposely but there some thing that causes it and there is a particular drug that causes it for a short period of 4days,i could get it for you free u know,its all experimental

I am curious to know, why u want to get hiccups !!!
Try sucking a very cold soda, fast so that it touches ur hard palate, u may get lucky.

Hiccups are a spasm in your diaphram. They are involuntary.

Mafiale is right I believe, eating fast will give you the hickups.
You'll need a brown paper bag to get rid of them, lol.
