Yes. In Israel. Israel has Muslim citizens that live alongside the Jews. And like everywhere else, love crosses any boundaries. Sometimes the conversion is from Islam to Judaism and sometimes the other way around! Although it happens, its not common.

Well, there was an article in the paper recently about a man who converted from Muslim to Christianity. It's outlawed in Islam, so he was jailed. Eventually he was released after pleading by human rights groups and other countries. I suspect he'll need to leave the country, however, because of the massive amounts of death threats he got.
Anyway, I'm sure there are converts from Islam to Judaism, but I doubt they'll be vocal if they're living in a mainly Muslim country.
Btw, Judaism does not encourage conversion in most cases.
