Go to Wikipedia.org and look up countries that you like. Learn a little bit about the countries. Get some language CDs from the library and see if you like the languages.
France and Italy would be better than London because you could study another language.

Do you have a local Rotary Club? They have a student exchange and adults also can look into visiting other countries.

I went to France on an exchange thru ISE which connects thru OSEF. So you can check it out at www.osef.ca i think or just search osef on google.
