P.S You may need to register on this site first before you can get a quote... just checked and prices seem to start at £54.00 for a saver return but there may be time restrictions.

Taff is right - depending on what time you travel, you are looking at a starting price of £53 - google National Rail enquiries and double check. Definitely an arm and leg and a few digits as well!

Between 40-50 pounds, it might be worth checking with individual rail companies as it could turn out cheaper.

I've been using a very good site to get the best train fares. You might try it:
http://www.thetrainline.com
You can purchase your tickets online and it seems that they have the best prices.
I hope this helps you.
