Anything very fresh. Try grapefruit or watermelon. DO NOT eat dry fruit. That's stupid because dry fruit has naturally more sugars and less water. So you'll eat lots but never feel full.

I like cutting up different fruits and mixing them. You can get some nice concoctions and each with a different taste. You can also have fruit salad, with flavor, and cut calories. By putting the dressing on the side, dipping your eating utensil in the dressing. then picking up the fruit with same.
Same great taste and fewer calories
This also works with tossed salads and salad dressings.
