start slow and with a low alcholo, like beer with food and stay with beer for the whole night, don't have beer, then vodka, and then something else, you will get sick

Try something light, like a white wine or a light beer. If you think you might like the taste, start with a dark beer or an ale, but be warned: the taste is a bit more bitter. You can drink nearly anything without getting drunk as long as you watch how much you take in. I'd also advise drinking slowly, so you don't over do it right away. Enjoy!

First of all, yay for you for not wanting to get drunk!!! I enjoy a drink on occasion, but getting drunk is never something I go for. Yes, it is possible to enjoy alcohol responsibly. (and I'm sorry for the spelling)
Second, if you are just starting, limit yourself to one drink in the evening. You don't know yet how fast your body will process the alcohol or how long it takes for the effects to hit you. Better safe than sorry.
Now, what to try? If you want to try wine and you don't want to spend a lot of money, try Austrailian wine. Yellow Tail is a good label that doesn't break the bank. Or find someone who likes wine and have them choose. I'm not much of a beer fan, but I would try something middle of the road in terms of light and dark. For mixed drinks, since it's summer, how about a margerita? Someone else mentioned a midori sour, which is a good thought. Don't for for straight liquor right now. And if someone wants you to do shots, just don't til you are used to alcohol.
And no drinking and driving. Period.

It depends on what you're looking for. My first drink was wine, specifically, home made white wine. My second drink was rum based (Bacardi White, I think) but it was a real concoction of whatever my dad found in my grandmother's kitchen while he was making my mother a drink and I was busy working on a school project. Lots of people start with beer as their first drink but if you try that, try to find a good beer and not some generic big name that you can get in every bar. Samuel Adams makes some good stuff that would be not bad to start out on.
Anyway, those are some suggestions. Hope you like whatever you try.

good french red wine, to go with a complete dish (meat, vegetables,...)
white wine with some fruit or cheese (if you like it sweet). Perhaps chilean or italian wine.
i wouldn't recommend strong liquors at first. Do try some wisky or cognac when you get the hang off it though.
Beer...mmm...in general, try to get Belgian, German or Czechian beers. I'm not saying there is no good quality elsewhere, but it'll be damn hard to find.
Perhaps Jupiler or Stella Artois are a nice way to start. They're available around the globe. The better beers are a bit stronger though.

do no longer do it. It feels terrible, it sounds such as you haven't any longer have been given administration of your physique and once you attempt to stroll you pass section techniques in view which you won't be in a position to stand right now after which you ultimately ought to vomit and you'd be there like 2 hours. Yeah it rather is exciting for like purely somewhat yet then you certainly wish you probably did no longer get inebriated yet you need to go through the outcomes, and the worst is that incredibly some situations once you're inebriated relies upon on the guy you do no longer likely care what you assert, so which you additionally can harm someones feeling or say something you may experience sorry approximately. it rather is okay to drink one or 2 beers, I do it. yet i'll on no account get inebriated returned. I have been given inebriated as quickly as by potential of how, I had like 3 babysitter by potential of my section (great friends by potential of how) The worst thank you to get inebriated is by potential of combining drinks, the worst ingredient assured.

Either try a beer, wine cooler, or some wine. Also make sure you have food before...otherwise you will get drunk faster on an empty stomach.

I used to drink Amaretto Sours, Melonballs, Madras, Margaritas. Have a few margaritas I promise you will feel really good. Just don't get it frozen. Always get it on the rocks.

Alcohol numbs your senses and slows down your motor skills. If you want your brain numb then by all means drink alcohol. Wine is the healthy sort of alcohol and it has lower levels. Its your best choice.
