only if it has a red "sand dial" on its back, then it could be a blaci widow.
but, even then, there is little to worry about, the bite from even this spider is usually not fatal to humans.

Is the spider making crude remarks about your family? Is it doing drugs in your bathroom? Go take a rolled up newspaper and kill the friggin thing. I mean, how do you expect people on here to know what type of spider it is without sight?

If you saw it you should have killed it I know that the brown spiders can hurt you but I'm not sure bout the black ones but go back and kill it. I kill every spider i see.

Only worry if he's still alive. Get rid of him before he raids the medicine cabinet and stuffs himself full of vitamins. He'll come after you with a vengeance!
