delta. i have problems with them the last time. i don't like their customer service, they don't like to help you.

They fly old planes that should not be flying.

Jetsgo...because they shutdown 12 hours after i arrived on my vacation and i had to pay for a new flight home!!!

Rude ground staff. They also don't always tell passengers (or asI saw once, crew) about gate changes/delays
