Well, one day my tooth was hurting very bad and my great-grandma who is 103 years old told me to put some ice in my hand (palm) then, the toothache went away, because God knows I was in severe pain, feeling like my head was going to explode.

I never heard of that. I will have to have my boyfriend try this. Another thing that helps is clove oil. Put some on a cotton ball and hold it on tooth for about 5 mins. Do not swallow the oil makes your stomache upset. It does taste nasty and makes your lips and tounge numb but if your in that much pain it is worth it. I did it for like 3 months before I had my wisdom teeth pulled.

It has to do with the pressure points in your hands. You also have them in your feet. Every part of your hands and feet have points that lead to different parts and organs of the body. You can relieve or cause pain to any one of these areas by applying pressure, heat, or cold to the corresponding point in your hand or foot.
