Those shaft are very hard to put in, doing in wrong will make the club unhitable.

It can be difficult because Callaway has a bore thru design for their club heads. Thus you will have to trim the tip of the shaft at its proper angle to be sure the new shaft is properly aligned. When taking out the old shafts look at the tip angle and cut the new shafts at the same angle. Good Luck!

It is such a hassle your probably just better off just buying new clubs.
