Muhammed picked the moon god Allah out of the numerous gods that the people of the time had. He was interested in starting a monotheistic religion because he believed their was probably only one god who ruled the universe. Unfortunately he went about it the wrong way. This is something that will be continually hidden from you for obvious reasons. Also the Hadith, one of Islams "holy" books has several antiBlack statements that can be easily looked up. It is rationalized though by saying that is a "weak" Hadith that these statements come from. Why would a religion have a "weak" book?

All Christians and Jews love Allah too He/She is the same to all of them and Mohammad is a respected prophet to Christians and Jews, the native Americans called Allah/ God the Great Spirit
Perhaps if we all understood more about each other we could love each other with the same love He/She has for us.

Of course I do too and not only because I am a muslim, but also for the favours he has done for me and the guidance and help he has given me. By the way don't you hate it how people around the world are getting the idea that Islam asks muslims to murder people which is not true.
