Also, since the water melon is mainly water, we can not eat so much that the content glucose is dangerous at all! On the contrary!
I find watermelon with feta (the Greek origin cheese) as a great and complete meal!

i LOVE watermelon, and it does contain glucose/ sugar, whatever u wanna call it, but it's natural sugar. it's a good idea to have fruit in the mornings because the natural sugars give you some energy, it's better than having aritifical sugar that comes from a dounut or a pop-tart that some people have in the mornings for breakfast. so i'd say yeah watermelon IS healthy for you. i'd eat it everyday if i could, but to bad it's sold only in season.

fruit is healthy for you and there is sugar in it but the sugar in it is natural sugar that the watermelon makes it's self. It's mostly just water and alot of different nutrient compounds.

no- fruit is so good for you- the sugar and calories are not "empty calories" like you get in junk food- fruit is loaded with fibre and vitamins that keep you healthy and energetic which promotes exercise. In short, eat lots of watermelon, it's good for you!
