I don't know any that are quite scientifically accurate and contradictions can sometimes be misunderstandings in the symbolic nature of sacred texts.

Hinduism has thousands of sacred texts. Some have descriptions of things that are agreed by scientists today (like in the Vedas where it describes the end of our solar system before the dissolution of the universe begins). It says that our sun in the center of the planets will grow large and ger hotter and turn a shade of red. It will engulf the planets before finally collapsing on itself. The Vedas also say that universes come forth from God (everything manifests from the divine, that is Its nature) and everything returns to it eventually. So all the universes first emerge from nothing into something (God manifests the universe from Itself and yet also still pervades it...that means that everything in the universe retains the divine spark and should be treated just like one would treat God, because it's true inner nature is also divine like God...according to Hinduism). From that nothing from which something all comes (sort of like the Big Bang theory), the universe then expands outward for a very long time (I believe Hindus date the universe to be about 425,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 years old ... approximately). Eventually, like all things, the universe will begin is progression back towards the source until the something becomes nothing again. And then, the whole process starts all over again. Souls from the last universe that hadn't reached God yet (moksha...liberation from the cycle of birth and death and union with God) will have a chance to keep on going on the next new universe. Everything starts out small and evolves to larger more complex designs (atoms, then atoms gather and form other forms of mass....life does the same). Thus Hinduism accepts the following scientific theories:
Big Bang Theory
Universe Expanding Theory
Evolution Theory
among others
In fact, Hinduiss doesn't have a problem with science at all. If you do happen to encounter what appears to be a contradication between religious texts usually a Hindu teacher will simply say the one phrase that I have understood most and admired greatly about Hinduism "It's just a different perspective on the same thing". That is the core concept of Hinduism. "Truth is One, paths are many." Rig Veda 1:164.46.
I don't know of any homophobic, racist, or sexist language in any of the Hindu sacred texts. In fact, many of the rishis who chanted the original Veda were women. There are many mythological stories that have the devas (aspects of God) changing genders, being sexual with each other regardless of gender, etc. These stories are symbols of a persons inner spiritual journey and the nature of the relationship between the person and God, etc. A lot of different symbolism going on there. Even the devas are just symbols themselves.

Buddhism, Jainism, and Sikhism (and for that matter most Eastern religions) tend to also be similar to Hinduism in not only their approach to spirituality/religion, but also in its inclusive language. Atleast, in general they are.

Also, if we were to add two Arabic characters, "alif" and "noon" at the end of "warda", it would change the pronunciation to "taan" (wardataan), and it then becomes two "wardas"; plural.
