Yes, as my 2 year old has gleefully discovered.
She loves to alternate singing one, then the other.

The list of all the songs that use that tune are endless. Pete Seager does a whole routine about them (so I, too, didn't even need to sing them in my head). Motzart wrote a variation on the tune. The National Anthem of Isreal uses that tune.
