Call him up and tell him you would like to have him over for dinner on Saturday evening at 6:00 p.m.. If he accepts, see if he's up for a movie after dinner. Continue to make dates like this one and get to know each other. If he's genuinely interested, he'll begin to find time for you. If not then you will have to accept the fact that he's a busy guy. Can you deal with this or not?

Good luck!

She doesn't. If he wanted her, he'd find the time, somehow. It's pretty obvious, if he hasn't found time, he doesn't care for her the same way she does.
