I am wanting to loose 45 lbs in 3 months, however I only get food from food pantrys. So I need some help in loosing the 45 lbs. I have a stair stepper, rowing machine, and a cross country ski machine. please help.

The way that you have been taught to eat by this society is responsible for making obesity (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) the # 1 health problem in the world soon to surpass hunger and infectious disease. So you are a victim of this pandemic (epidemic).

You need to re-learn how to eat. The site below covers everything you need to know. Make sure to learn all of it. Do this and you can be thin. Do this not and you will remain part of this pandemic. Obesity will keep getting worse while people worry about imaginary pandemics like the bird flu.

The key is burning more calories than you consume..Fruits and vegetables are essentials.In July 2005 I started a program that included a mile or more along the beach at low tide and photography..After an episode of fish poisoning I increased my fruits and veggies and added a juice.In addition I made my own juice.It goes straight to the blood stream.Choose from the other food groups wisely and drink a lot of water.You do not need to eat cooked food all the time. Lemon /lime and water or lemon/lime added to food with other spices will season your food (without salt) and is good too unless you cannot take them.Transportation problems forced me to walk to the bus stop and back as well as to other places.I have lost 4-6 inches in the waist.I did not keep a journal but I plan to do so soon.Today I began rambling again and it was fun.I got some interesting photos too.I plan to include photos with my blogs because sensible weight loss should be fun.

Counting Calories and buy a treadmill! Go to BHG.com and do health and fitness it has a great weight loss plan. Also it has a calculator that will determine how many calories you should eat a day to loose your desired amount and tell you how long it will take. Also definitely invest in a treadmill. It will help with weight loss and this will increase your metabolism which will help you to keep the weight off.
