this depends on how old you are because if you are between 15 and 30 years old 45 kgs is too light and may be at risk of becoming anorexic if you are trying to put on weight i suggest you see a doctor 65 kgs is a more healthy weight and a doctor will be able to help you do it healthily 20 kgs is a lot to put on in two months cant understand 'pounds' that's too hard to work out i think 5 pounds equals 2 kgs good luck see a doctor

Do you want to gain weight??? Is that what you are saying??? you now weight like 100 lbs and want to gain like 40 lbs?? Are you out of your mind??? that is unhealthy, and if you want to become more "stylish" you should go to a stylist or just buy new clothes and get your hair done in a nice place, ask for their opinion and se what they suggest.

For incresing weight yo have to consult a good doctor he will give you a 2 months plan to increase your weight.
For style first you have to take care of your body if your body is good then anything you ware it suits you.
try different cloths,accesaries of new trandz then you will surely look stylish.

First of all : Stop using Kg's...just put pounds on here, its much easier!!

Second of all : stylish? um...I don't know..this isn't meant to be cocky or anything, I like am a natural at putting cute outfits and make up colors together..so this is a toughie for me!

Don't be silly. Everyone wants to reduce their weight but you want to gain...... It's not good for yoUr health. Anyways if u want to gain ur weight, you should be eating all the time and sleep without doing any work.
To be more stylish u must go to well reputed parlours and go according to their instructions. That's it.....

take rich carbohydrate diet.............BANANA MILK SHAKE.........thats what army men do to get their good underweight candidate to become at recquired weight.
