ask your doctor for the best advice...but i use Flintstones for my daughter....she wont take any other kind...i have to buy the gummy vitamins

My children's pediatrician has them on a half of Flintstones Vitamin until they reach 6. And once they are 6 a whole vitamin. They're ages 1,2, & 5.

there are these vitamin gummy bears, you can get at any drug store or wal mart, they taste so good I eat them!
