It's a result of socialisation. Childhood activities and gender roles lead to such conclusions. When growing up, boys typically engage in physical activities for recreation and socialisation. This usually involves more "doing" than talking. Girls on the other hand are usually taught to play with dolls and engage in imaginary social scenarios usually requiring much more communication. This results in girls being talkers whereas boys tend to be doers. This carries over into adulthood with women being more talkative than men.

Women do, they tend to feel things more than men do, and are deep into their emotions, and think they have to share that with us. Why they do that, I'll never know, more than likely we don't care what they are feeling. Sad but true.
Of course they don't understand our lack of emotions and the ability to talk about them.
We men all shudder, when we hear that phrase, "we need to talk" do we really?
So yes, women do talk more than us, but that's life, we have to live with it. But like most men, we tune them out, as we have been doing for years with our mothers. It's a skill we learn early in life.

because women always give the full story and cant stop when some one tells them ok but the keep going like a bullet.
