He is a cocky person and he constantly says that l love him, but he seems reluctant to say that he loves me, most of the time. He is 18 and I am 19 years old. I want no one else but him in my life. Is it just a phase on both our parts, him being childish and I wanting to be with him for the rest of my life?

I can not believe some of the people on here giving answers the way they do. Honestly, no one on here can tell you what to do because everyone is different. My parents were married at 19, and they love each other very much. My grandparents are the same way. It doesn't mean it always works, because it doesn't, however people need to stop offering their views and opinions like it is fact. There is no answer to this question, because no one no yahoo knows who you are.

I know what u are going though but my guy is fun, funny, and loves to hang out. My problem is the age differences. Now I have come to a understanding if the person is the one for u it should not matter. Because at the end of the u will of have found love. That's all should matter.

10 months is nothing! But 'the rest of your life' is a long time at 19. Just enjoy it for what it is, he sounds like he'll be more in love with himself than he ever will with you!

it might be a phase. then again it might not be. if you can comprehend that he is cocky and immature, then it probably isn't a phase. however he does sound pretty immature, so you might want to give him some time to grow up a bit more. i don't think age matters, especially if its only 10 months.

first of all the age shouldn't have anything to do with it and 10 months is not a big deal, but you mention it twice. What's up?
