Sounds like worms. This isn't intended to be a smart azz answer. It is normal for some kids to get worms just playing in the wrong place at the wrong time, then putting there fingers or hands in there mouths. When in doubt, you should probably see a doctor. In the mean time, soaking in a hot bath or even a hot tub might help with the itching. good luck
