Where are you looking for these men at, honey? I certainly hope it is NOT in chat rooms. There are even prowlers in the 'Christian' chat rooms. If you're dead set on meeting your prince online, I would try paid services like the sites below. Only the people who are willing to invest a little in their search are serious about finding mates.Further, these sites ask you to chose what type of relationship you're wanting right off the bat. Then you can filter out any of the men who chose 'friends only' and keep on movin'.
There are quite a few Christian men in dating services, but that's not to say every one of them will be what you're looking for. It just takes some time. Free sites like PlentyofFish.com and others are WACK, don't even waste your time. That's why they're free: quality of people on there is worse than in bars.
I do NOT recommend eHarmony - too many people have said that they received a bunch of 'matches' just before their subscriptions ran out to entice them to sign up again, only to have things go dry right after. This happened to me too, so it's not like I'm not giving you an honest opinion. I think match.com is the best.

That's probably true that a lot of men, if not most, are looking for some kind of sexual tryst.
Doesn't mean that there isn't some decent guys out there, but it makes the search all that more difficult.
I would stick to the tried and true methods, through church, friends and group gatherings. At least you will be able to see the man, talk to him, and get a good idea of what he is like. You can always move on from there.
The web is a great place for information and shopping, but for seeking a husband or boyfriend, I'd look elsewhere.

I always find these comments a bit strange - think about what makes up the Internet. Your on the Internet and I am on the Internet we are both real people although we may have different views we are still real just like when your not on line your real and those you meet are real. If you think only strange people dwell here what does this say about you? are you saying your strange? Did you know that there are more strangers who are strange out in the world who have never been on line? most of these people would not know how to work the computer world. yes there are strange people on line but there are more people that are not. Your looking for a soul mate which is cool but this request could seem strange to someone else. the bottom line is we are all real people and anything is possible on or off line but in my opinion using the net betters your chances because it gives you a vast selections as opposed to looking in your area. The problem is that so many people are looking for so many different things your going to find more looking for what you may see as strange opposed to in your area. anything is possible.

It sounds like the best thing for you to do is pray. The web, and the world for that matter, are full of people with self-serving agendas. Good values, and honesty are hard things to find in a woman, or man these days. It sounds like you have a lot to offer the right man, so hang in there. Stay true to what you believe. The best way to find your soulmate is to look for a friend, and then work on more from there.

Because the internet is full of perverts. You really need to be careful with talking with people. Most of them are only looking for a quickee. Many guys will tell you exactly what you want to hear, in order to get into your pants. The best way of meeting people is actually one on one, say after church. You can also "pray in" the man of your dreams....a good husband, a good father, a good lover. Never drop your morals because of any man. Accept one on YOUR terms, and be upfront and honest with them. Please, please, please be careful of who you meet on the internet, and also what kind of information you give to them. I wish you only the best of luck...........
