Do you think i'll have a good career if i chose to be an auto body repairer in the AF? Is it fun? I wanna know if i'll have a good career once i leave the AF. Do they get deployed to Iraq? Will i be working on-base most of the time?

First of all, 60% of all AF enlistees do not know what their job is, they enlist open contract. The Air Force does not allow everyone to choose a job BEFORE enlisting. The odds of yoiu getting that job are slim.

Yes, the Air Force is deploying to Iraq, and in the next few years, almost every Airman will have deployed.

If you want a career in Auto Body, I recommend the Navy. They have that as a job and you have an 83% chance of getting it in your contract, if you qualify and a vacancy exists.
