A denture brush. The denture soaks are a very poor second. Use the brush over a sink with water in it so they won't break if you drop them.

Take them out at night & put them in water. Once or twice a week, put a capful of lemon extract in the water - gets rid of the stale taste & keeps them cleaner. Works for retainers too.
Rinse 'em before you put them in next morning or you'll be puckered all day! lol

My dad brushes them with regular old Arm and Hammer Baking Soda everyday and soaks them overnight in regular peroxide once a week, seems to work just fine.

I use the disposable kind. They aren't worth cleaning and reusing. But when I had regular dentures, I used hydrogen peroxide and Listerine mixed together.
