I have a child molestor living in my area. How do I find out the details of his case?

There is not really a way to find out the details on the case, unless you go to your local courthouse and requests the transcipts of the court case. If you dont get the transcripts, you can find out what he was charged with, but that is not always the case of what truly happened. In my area (thumb of michigan), there are many cases in which the man (or woman) gets his charges plea bargined down by pleading guilty so that he doesn't have to serve as much time. Also in a case in my area there was a man that had molested 37 children (boys and girls), and in the end they charged with him with 2 charges. This person served 11 years in prison and in February of next year will be allowed to be around children again. The court charged him with the crimes that had the most evidence, letting the other victims suffer silently. SICK WORLD! Anyway, good luck in your search, and please watch your children and others. Also word of mouth is a great tool, tell your neighbors, school teachers, anyone that will listen that this man is in your neighborhood. Lastly, teach your children that if anyone touches them in a bad way or makes them do bad things they will not get in trouble and that they need to tell you right away. Whatever happens BELIEVE your child over all, when I was molested I was scared to death to tell my mother because I thought she would think it was my fault. EDUCATION IS THE KEY TO BEATING SEXUAL ABUSE!

Go to the Police or the Sheriff's Dept. ...they may even have a map of the area you live in and where he lives and his details are open to the public, if not please request them especially if you have children around.
