Bally's.
I just visited Arlington TX ... and Ballys was the highlight of my visit ... the instructors were great ... yoga was free ... and the step-kick boxing class was tough ... I never though my national pass to any Ballys would be useful, but the ability to go to Bally's gym while I was in Texas was a joyful blessing!!!
However, the "24 Fitness" looked like the "In" gym in the Fort Worth/Dallas area ... and they too are national!!!

FIT FOR LIFE CENTER....i am a member in weatherford ..just west of you if u dont know where that is.....any way they also have locations in ft. worth....cheap plus lots of good classes to join and child care if needed
