Ecoli - from undercooked ground beef - flu-like syptoms leading to damage of organs and possible death.

Mad Cow - doesn't matter how long you cook it; this disease is not prevented this way.

Salmonella - undercooked chicken - nausea, usually not serious

Trichonitis - undercooked pork - not really a problem anymore since pigs are not getting this much.

There are many parasites that can be passed by eating undercooked meat,especially game meat.You can also develop food poisoning.
