Why do I have to be like this like the other night i came in cryin cuz of something that happened and my mom said everytime i got some where i come back cryin i mean it is true but every little bit hurts me. Like what are ways that i can hold my cry and emotions with out anyone knowing that am upset???

You should not stifle your emotions. Maybe you do over-react to things,but you have to let your feelings out. You may need someone to talk to, to discuss things with. If your problems are really serious, then please do seek professional counseling. You say "every little bit" hurts you. If you are over-reacting to minor things, then you really should talk to someone. But if you think your problems are more serious, see a counselor. Best of Luck!

Don't keep quiet cuz that is supspicious. If somone asks u if there is sumthing wrong with u say: NO I'M FINE. WHY WOULD THERE BE SUMTHING WRONG? -hav a puzzled look on ur face the whole time. Instead of crying turn the pain into anger. Get mad at whatever is making u sad. BUt not too mad. Dont go crazy killing people!!!!

Hello dear!
Something I am doing, is good for many instances abut is hard to accomplish is to keep feelings according to the place and people you want to express them!
We are people and are proud and strong!
We should have a nest wherein we feel free and can make mistakes, be soft, experiment, etc.
So dear, you can be outgoing within your home! Your mom should be (I wish she is) one of your best friends! SO, if there is something bothering you, whom can you trust more than your mom?
Enjoy life! Enjoy your strengths and weaknesses! Fell proud to express your happiness and worries to your people, like mom!

there are many classes which you can get in with your local mental health for nothing. they will teach you to be assertive and passive and to know the two. you are just a very sensitive person who has been sheltered most likely. nothing wrong with that. these classes will help you out and don't be ashamed to go. you'll be happier and a better person for it. best of luck.

sounds like you might be depressed...you might want to see your doctor or check with the local health department. Also, I will sometimes bite the inside of my lips to hold my emotions in check...works sometimes, depends on the situation.

I think maybe you have some issues to work out. First, be willing to feel whatever youfeel and not just ignore it, even thouh its painfull, then maybe get a good therapist to see. It helped me.

it is good that you release your emotions maybe you are clinically depressed look into hogwort ( i think it is called) or some St.John's wort (both ar herbs) and don't worry ,the depression years are mostly in the late teens and early 20's
