Eat protein, then exercise. For me, just some intense working sort of exercise works. Swimming is good too. Might as well get something built or moved instead I think. Weightlifting to I have heard.

Protein...protein...protein...and then have some more protein!!!
Creatine is overated and could be harmful to the body later on
(although there are some better versions out there now) besides, it just adds alot of water weight to the muscle. You want to build a good sound base of muscle that will stay over time and that is done with a good workout where you change up to shock the muscle by keeping it different (not routine) and add some good old branch chain amino acids to the program especially L-Glutamine. Good luck and Peace!

I assume you want to do this safely? Try an inverted pyramid method of lifting weights. Do 12 reps of a weight that takes 50% of your maximum effort. Rest 1 minute. Do 10 reps of a weight that takes 60% of your maximum effort. Rest one minute. Do 8 reps of a weight that takes 70% of your maximum effort. Rest one minute. Do 6 reps of a weight that takes 80% of your maximum effort. Rest one minute. Do 12 reps of a weight that takes 90% of your maximum effort. Rest one minute. Do 12 reps of a weight that takes 100% of your effort. In the final 2 sets, you'll find that it takes less weight to use more effort. Do this every other day for each body part you are working on and keep track of your gains in a journal. You'll find that you rise quite quickly in the beginning and you will need to work a little harder on your focus to break new barriers toward the 4th week. In four weeks, you'll see gains and cuts that will surprise you and within 12 weeks....provided you have eaten a diet lighter in carbs than protein and high in veggies and water......you'll see a whole new body. I don't even need to wish you good luck.....do it and you'll have earned the transformation you'll have achieved.

stay away from steroids no matter what any one says... they are dangerous... affect your maleness... your health.. your thinking and emotions. also it is noticed..that steroid..users.. have to work harder.. to get a cut... it gives you an odor... and some get hair on body..and attacks inside organs. the steroid users..i counseled.. had to have anger management. death is in there too and people use a lot of justifications... for using it but believe they lie. so pack on the muscle.. with a good workout regiment.. from a reputable.. gym. taike vitamins.. proteins.. eat all through out the day... stay away from pork...

There are no ways to quickly and safely put on muscles. You have to work for them so get away from the computer and get on the weight bench.

Seek the advice of a psychiatrist. They are the ones most likely to help you with this or other MENTAL HEALTH issues. Sometimes your family doctor may be able to help with MENTAL HEALTH issues. If not, try the MENTAL HEALTH department at you local hospital. I understand that MENTAL HEALTH issues are serious and should not be fooled around with. By the way, did you know that you asked this question in the MENTAL HEALTH category? Are you CRAZY?
HA! HA!
