I want to have a military wedding. And I want to have the Arch of Swords, but we do not have anyone close to do it. And I am not getting married on a base, no way. How can I get that to happen without changing my plans around? (I already asked my hunnys SSGT and he said that he doesn't know what to do)

Try your local ROTC program. Some of the guys there may volunteer to help out.

talk to the NCO and if there is no help there you can talk to the CO and then the post commander...actually there is a military chapel on base and the preacher there can tell you since he does the weddings..you might try a NCO club or a Am-VETS because there are military people who do not all want to get married on the base..I wouldn't but they are servants to the military person and your guy needs to do the footwork and make it happen, not you. I was a military NCO wife for many years.
