Sometimes I compare size. Mostly not much. It can make a common bond. Just being naked guys being all equal that way. No showy clothes, etc. Easier to make friends if everybody is naked I think.

Nothing at all if it is in an appropriate setting (locker room or the like, or a nude beach)
Anger if it is in an inapropriate setting (park full of women and children, where the nudity is designed to shock)

Actually, since I've started going to the gym, I've seen a lot more of them lately. After a while, you kind of get used to it, and it doesn't seem so odd.
