wanna know...if i do 2-3 styles of crunches daily for my abs.......... around 50counts each every alternate days........
when will i reach my goal 2get absolutely flat stomach???
1month? 2months? or when???????

im slim though but have little belly fat.....both upper as well as in lower abdomi....

Proper crunches will strenghten your core and abs. However, in order to get the six pack, which everyone has underneath the layers of fat. Fat is the key. You can not spot reduce anything on your body unless you do it with liposuction. Eat often, eat more protein . Use resistance training toexahaustion and a lot of cardio and the abs will appear

How fit are you? Nobody can answer for you how long it will take, as we don't know this how fit you are. If you have some fat on your stomach, you'll need to limit these foods to once a week: cheese, sodas, sugary treats, fried foods, fast foods, and not snack at night. You might as well paste whatever you're eating at night right onto your abs and hips.
Crunches will work the muscles underneath the skin, those are good ones. If you want to lose any fat, you'll have to do some kind of cardio that will make you move, kickboxing, tae bo, something like this, or dancing is great!

more than likely yes should notice a big difference within a month but there are other factors invovled how much you eat every day what you eat etc etc.

It take time, you also have to eat healthy and it depends on how much acess fat you have.
