No. Food poisoning is only contagious if you eat the same food that the person ate that gave him/her food poisoning in the first place. The most common way to get food poisoning is usually from food being undercooked, so as long as food is cooked properly you have nothing to worry about.

Yes. If they don't wash their hands after going to the toilet they could leave fecal matter on eg. a door handle. If you touch that handle you could catch their food poisoning.

if you ate what they ate and didn't eat a gob of paprika or have a good enough amount of booze (per age) yes or if you feel sick vomit on purpose unless it hads gone too far then it's the emergency room for you
